Hydrogen refueling station for mobility at 350 bar / 700 bar

The ROTH2 hydrogen refueling station allows you to refuel a hydrogen car at 350 bar and 700 bar.

The station is portable , allowing you to move it according to your needs. The design of the station is optimized to facilitate the use and the maintenance .

The station is reasonably sized, compact (footprint less than 20 m²*) it perfectly meets today ’s needs without imposing heavy declaration and administrative procedure for its implementation (station < 100 kg).

The station is delivered with a 500 bar buffer storage, allowing vehicles to be filled quickly :

• 350 bar → Filling time under 5 minutes « fast charging »

• 700 bar → Filling time under 10 minutes with rate of 70% , the total refueling is possible with the compressor « semi-fast charging »

The station can be equipped with a 1000 bar storage (in option) to ensure the complete refueling of 700 bar vehicle in under 15 minutes.

Refueling station performances : 

Filling of 2 to 3 vehicles at 700 bar/ day and 2 to 3 vehicles at 350 bar by fast or semi-fast charging.

• •  Semi-fast charging (700 bar) : (Balancing + compressor) is ensured in 1h 15’

  •  Fast charging (700 bar) : is ensured in 15’

  •  Fast charging (350 bar) : is ensured in 10’ - 2 vehicles in the same time

  •  Vehicle filling frequency : every 3h 30’

Filling of 1 to 2 vehicles at 700 bar or 350 bar / night in slow charging
